First day


After 12 hours of travel and bad airplane food, headed out to a tapas place close by . La Pepita delicious . Started with anchovies that were dusted with homage potato chip dust finished with chives. A fresh sardine with tomato compote and arugula. Topped with an asiago cheese on a thin sweet potato chip. A “Pepita” an open faced sandwich with a pounded thin skirt steal topped with grilled foie gras and a fried egg. Yum ! Dessert was corn gelato with Carmel covered popcorn in a bourbon sauce. Sounds funky but couldn’t quit eating it. Nap timešŸ˜Š
