We were able to meet Dan, another cousin, who lives near Dublin came to meet us with his lovely wife, Claire. They took us to the Irish countryside outside Dublin. Stunning greenery, mountais and flowers. Heard stories about Poppy, saw lakes , parks and had a nice lunch. Could not have seen this without the Irishman. Wonderful

Cork. Final day

Standard

We had said our goodbyes to the family when we received a call from Kitty. Ann, her sister, had returned from holiday and wanted to meet us for lunch. We were delighted!  After lunch we walked to Dt Peter and Paul’s Cathedral. Poppy and Grandma were married there right before setting sail to America !!!  Very emotional for Brian to be at altar where they said their vows

We then got a train back to Dublin  What an experience to trace all of this lineage of Brian’s Irish roots

A meal in Middleton

We were starved after our very VIP treatment at the distillery. We went to town for lunch where we met cousin Michael, brother to Kitty and Dennis. Great just chatting and sharing a meal
